The Claytor Wear Story

In 1963, our great grandfather bought a one bedroom, cinder block fishing cabin on Claytor Lake. Almost 60 years later, that same cabin has seen five generations of our family pass through it.

The love for Claytor and the New River Valley runs deep in our family and we started this company to celebrate this lake and this region. We also wanted a place to get cool Claytor Lake gear!  

We want to ensure many more generations can enjoy Claytor Lake's beauty so a portion of our proceeds will go to support causes around the Claytor community.
